How we welcome your pets and service animals
Pet Policies
Neighborhood Revival is pet friendly and wants to welcome you and your pets to your next home, but every applicant must complete our pet verification and screening process first, even if you do not own a pet.
We require all pets to be listed on the pet application. Please read the policy carefully, then click the "Verify Household Animals" link to get started.

Certified service animals and emotional support animals
Our Policies for All Applicants
No Pets or Animals
You are not required to do anything additional in your application if you do not currently own any pets or animals. You can let us know in the future if you get a pet.
Household Pets
If you own household pets (dogs, cats, or other household pets), you must provide information about them during your application process.
Assistance Animals
Our application is HIPAA compliant and is a secure way to submit an accommodation request that we will review to ensure it meet's HUD's Fair Housing guidelines.
Pet Fees
Unless otherwise in the property listing description, pet fees are as follows:

Certified Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals
If you are applying with a certified service animal or emotional support animal, please add your pets during your application process and indicate that they are service / emotional support animals when prompted. The pet application fees, monthly pet fee, and non-refundable pet fees are not applicable to certified service animals or emotional support animals.
